In 2009, Apodiakos Ecotech assigned the project to our office. The smart development of this house is comprised of a double building complex spanning a total of 1,485 square meters in the southern suburbs of Attica, specifically in Alimos. The complex is located in an ideal position that provides an unobstructed view and easy access to public transport, making it a key feature of the project. The construction is unique and special due to the implementation of photovoltaic roof panels, heat pumps, innovative high-tech frames, thermal facades, smart energy-saving technologies, and electromagnetic installations.

The buildings are designed as "smart houses" with high energy efficiency A+ ratings, featuring cooling-heating systems, heat pumps, and underfloor heating, resulting in increased living and resale value.
