The client approached us with a request to design a modern villa that would serve as a retreat from his busy work life. Our main goal was to create a fan-shaped structure that offered a stunning view and incorporated water as a dynamic element, flowing through the living area and extending beyond the pool deck.

We used the entire space of the exterior water element to create an underground playroom, which is illuminated by skylight windows on the roof and below the water surface, effectively doubling the usable area. The double height of most spaces, combined with the large glass surfaces and over 300 square meters of water surface - whether as a pool or a half-meter deep element - create a light and refreshing atmosphere. We also incorporated unique construction elements like curved beams and windows to add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the villa.
