Our office is staffed by two generations of architects. We are a creative studio of architects, engineers, and interior designers located in Southern Athens.

Our Success Story

George Baltoyannis

He studied architecture in Rome, Italy (Sapienza Università) and took part in many Art Exhibitions (Margutta - San Luca - Artecom - Palazzo Delle Esposizioni, etc.).

George returned to Athens in 1970 and dealt with Architecture as a freelancer with more than 200 villas and commercial buildings in his resume. At the same time, George worked as an employee in succession at the Greek Ministry of Defense (Pentagon), National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), and the Autonomous Building Officers Organization (AOOA).
Angelo Baltoyannis

Angelo studied architecture initially at Sapienza Università in Rome, Italy, and graduated from the National Technical University of Greece. His postgraduate studies are on Sustainable Architecture, Urban Planning, and Photography.

Since 2003 he was professionally engaged as a senior architect and partner in many established architectural offices in Athens and has extensive involvement in construction supervision of conventional and metal buildings.
Paris Baltoyannis

The Baltoyannis + Baltoyannis architectural office was founded in 2010 since Paris Baltoyannis joined the family tradition and graduated both as Landscape Architect and an Interior Designer.

The two brothers soon took over the firm and expanded its services and loyal clientele.
